A day in Aaron’s life

07u00: I get up
07u15: Breakfast is finished, now I’m heading to the shower and I’m going to brush my teeth.
07u45: I get in my car, on my way to school

10u15: First break. I eat a healthy snack and watch the kids play on the playgrounds.
 

12u00: Lunchbreak! I go out with some colleagues to eat something in the local pubs.
 

13u00: Lessons go on, I continue teaching.

15u30: School is out, heading home.

16u00: Eating a healthy snack, prepping myself to go for a run

17u30: Finished my long run, now I’ll take a shower

19u00: Eating my favourite food, McDonalds. I’ve been healthy enough today.

20u00: Watching a the game, my favourite team is playing.

22u00: End of the game and end of my day, tired I’ll go to bed.
